2.2. Members are entitled to benefits corresponding to their tier, as detailed in the membership plan (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze).
2.3. Referral commissions are subject to validation by MBV and will be disbursed via the provided bank account within the agreed-upon timeline.

3.1. All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of TME tournaments. Failure to comply may result in disqualification without a refund.
3.2. Teams must register with complete and accurate information before the deadline.
3.3. MBV reserves the right to alter tournament schedules, structures, or rewards due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.1. Payments for services, memberships, or tournaments must be made to the official MBV account: Maybank 566010721631.
4.2. Refunds are only applicable in cases of cancellation by MBV or proven errors in transactions.
4.3. Users must provide proof of payment for transaction verification when requested.

5.1. All content, including logos, designs, videos, and promotional materials created by MBV or its partners, is the intellectual property of MBV and cannot be reproduced without permission.
5.2. Users may not misuse or claim ownership of any intellectual property associated with MBV or TME.

6.1. MBV is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during participation in events, tournaments, or services.
6.2. Users are encouraged to ensure their own safety and secure their equipment during participation.
6.3. MBV does not guarantee financial returns through memberships, referrals, or sponsorships.

7.1. All sponsorship agreements are subject to separate contracts that outline deliverables, expectations, and terms.
7.2. Collaborations with MBV must align with the company’s values and be approved by MBV management.

8.1. MBV is committed to protecting user data and will not share personal information with third parties without consent.
8.2. Users agree to the collection of data necessary for providing services, including tournament registrations, memberships, and payment processing.

9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
9.2. Any disputes arising from the use of MBV services or participation in TME activities will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
